NanoFabrication Facility - New Member Instructions
Members may now complete the application for a Badger Lab Management Software account online. Keep in mind that this is only an application for an account. You will still need to submit any appropriate forms as well as complete safety and equipment training before you can actually reserve and enable equipment.
CUNY community members must use their official CUNY email account (name@asrc.cuny.edu) to minimize delays in processing. This will be your fully qualified Badger account name. When logging in CUNY members need only enter the first part of their email and can omit the @asrc.cuny.edu portion - others must enter their entire email address.
Required fields are denoted with an asterisk. Once completed, submit the form by selecting "Set Password." Any field which is in error will be shown in red and should be corrected. Once a password has been set the account moves to the review process. You will receive an email once the account has been approved. A few fields on the form are explained below.
Email - name@asrc.cuny.edu for CUNY affiliates. Others should use their university or business email.
Account number- Do not complete this form until you have a valid account. Check with your advisor to get a valid account number. If you have an RF number (12345-67-89) use that; otherwise, check the chart at the bottom and use the account code from your institution, after the appropriate prefix from below. So, if you're from Brooklyn College you would check the chart below and simply place "BKC" in front of your account as in: BKC-123456789....
Advisor- Enter your advisor or, for industrial users, enter your company name.
